Locksley is also a member of the Bars for the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. Locksley's areas of concentration are Discrimination in Employment, Civil Rights, Sexual Harassment, and Mediation.
